It feels like forever since I updated.
Bout to be busy with school, and ohhh I need to buy groceries. Cept I don’t want my mom to see the alcohol that’s in the freezer from my housewarming party. Dx (i learned that i’m a pretty heavyweight drinker for my size; the VERY LAST to get drunk out of my housemates having about the same amount of alc) well, calories, calories. I really don’t eat much, since I don’t have a lot of food here, so I’m not too worried…i’m just worried my metabolism might slow down.
Today, I played Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, for nearly 6 hours straight before studying. I’m so bad. Good thing it’s the first day of school. I forgot to eat dinner until now, which is also bad because it’s past the time I should stop eating for the day. Man, yesterday, I was 108 lbs, idk what I am now. I feel pretty bloated since I just ate.
I will get to double digits. Period. Before I graduate college.
Need to get back to working out. Dancing here I come!

Every time I see my cousin’s pictures…
I say to myself, she’s so lucky to be thin and tiny. She’s an inch taller than me now. Put me next to her, and I’m chubby next to her. Any kinda clothes look great on her. I get jealous every time I see her at family parties. Her thighs don’t touch, and pants are ALWAYS loose. I remember her being a little baby and now she’s grown up to be a beautiful girl. I wish I had her body.

Q: Oh btw. I am short also and my legs are huge. Everything I eat goes to my legs. It's hard for us to get those long nice thin legs. I only look at girl's legs most of the time LOL. Do not do resistance workout it will bulk your legs up :(. And my advice to your breakfast STOP eating cereal and milk it's fattening my dad stop eating that and he lost like 20 pounds.

same here, everything goes to my legs. if i hadn’t eaten every single day during class in high school, maybe my legs would have been smaller.
is cereal really that fattening that your dad lost 20 lbs from cutting it from his diet? remember that guys lose weight much more easier than us. i eat cereal because it’s low in calories (if combined with skim milk) and it made me full on just a bowl. before, for breakfast, i ate whatever my mom made, which included spam, a croissanwich, or whatever leftovers from the night before. boy, was that fattening. i had a faster metabolism back then so it didn’t do much.
each body is different i guess.

Q: I am asian too and it's really hard not to eat rice -_- but rice has a lot of calories.. well carbs.. Stop eating big portions at a time eat SLOOOWLLLY lol and try to eat your meal with WATER not sugar drinks... use sugar drinks for energy when you are not eating a meal. Space out your meals and sleep early. GOOD LUCK. I am doing ABC diet but.. uhmm I tweeked it a lil because of my schedule. I don't want to by stick thin and I like my boobs too LOL

yes, it is definitely hard to not eat rice, especially at home. well, when im not at home, i barely eat anything; a bowl of cereal in the morning, a lunch i cook at my apartment, and leftovers for dinner if im hungry. i ran out of water recently so i had to stick with arizona green tea for a bit, but i got water today (almost missed the bus for it too haha).
arizona green tea in between meals for me then.
would it matter if i sleep late then wake up late just as long as i get 8 hours?
how did you tweak the ABC diet btw?

Fruit
…is a great snack, but it makes my mouth a little itchy! :[ why must this be?
and im running out of healthy foods. all i got is spicy noodles, coffee, jello shots, and banana bread that my housemate made. im craving the spicy noodles, but that’s just wayyyy too much sodium. it’s past 8pm anyway, i’ll just go for a drink.
